• systemic diagnostics and systemic consulting
• seeing, understanding and dealing with repeating patterns in organisations
• systemic leadership
• table constellations (for family systems and organisational systems): continued and deepened
• facilitating organisational constellations with real representatives (with the client’s team members as representatives)
• the three coping mechanisms of systems and their healing movements
• expanding the contracting for 1-on-1 coaching to include the family system
• being the facilitator and representing the system or elements from the system at the same time
• deeper and wider exploration of how your family dynamics show up in your professional life, as leader, coach, consultant, facilitator
